The idea behind I & I Brewing is simple. “I & I” means “Unity,” and the brewery focuses on socializing with their guests. According to Chuck, “We enjoy the experience at I & I Brewing as much as our guests, and like to share with them instead of ‘serving.'” They’ll even take input from guests when starting their next brew! Last year, they worked on more than 100 recipes. They don’t name their beers, but rather just describe what went in them or what the style is.
